Project scope

3no. new houses, 1 proposed as part of change of use and works to existing house providing 5no. houses in total to include the following 1) change of use of existing ground floor restaurant / takeaway service to residential use, demolition and removal of associated food preparation area, storage area, toilet block, standalone storage shed and derelict stone building all located to the rear of property, to add a rear extension and upgrade the existing to provide a (3 bed) dwelling house with front and rear elevational changes 2) to remove and replace the existing rear extension and upgrade the dwelling to provide a (3 bed) dwelling house with changes to front and rear elevations. 3) construction of 3 no. (2- bed) self-contained mews type dwellings to rear of property with associated semi-private amenity space, bin storage, cycle parking, accessed via the existing entrance from the main street and all associated site works
