Project scope

Intend to apply on behalf of Shanballymore GAA Club Planning Permission for the construction of sports facilities at Shanballymore GAA Club, Shanballymore Lower, Mallow, Co. Cork. The proposed development will consist of: A) Construction of an artificial grass playing area. B) Including new dugouts, floodlighting, ball-stop netting, electronic scoreboard, covered viewing stand and perimeter fencing to all playing areas. C) Construction of a single-storey gym building. D) Alterations to the existing club building. E) Alterations to the existing looped amenity walkway. F) Construction of a generator enclosure and associated fencing. G) Construction of 2 no. ball walls. H) All associated site development works.
