Project scope

Permission for Retention for the following works serving existing dwelling 1) conversion of domestic garage to habitable accommodation as part of main dwelling, 2) first floor attic conversion to dwelling, 3) internal & external alterations to serve first floor conversion, 4) single storey building to rear of dwelling previously used as a creche/pre-school facility and Permission for single storey building to be used as home office/gym/storage ancillary to main dwelling.
