Project scope

Permission for modifications and extension to the existing dwelling house, namely; a) the construction of a 93.40sqm/1005.35sq.ft single storey/one-and-a-a-half-storey extension to front (south-facing elevation) of existing dwelling, b) the construction of a 2.69sqm/28.96sq.ft single storey porch to rear (north-facing elevation) of existing dwelling, c) the installation of a dormer window and 3 no. roof windows to front (south-facing elevation) of existing dwelling, d) the installation of 2 no. ground floor windows to side (east-facing elevation) of existing dwelling, e) the removal of 1 no. ground floor window to side (west-facing elevation) of existing dwelling, f) the provision of an additional 10.39sqm/111.84 sq.ft first floor living space in existing dwelling, g) the removal of the existing septic tank and percolation area, h) the installation of a new wastewater system and associated soil polishing filter, and i) all ancillary works
