Project scope

Permission for the conversion, restoration and extension of existing derelict Mill (listed on the Record of Protected Structures Reg No. 20848091) into residential property including the following works: restoration of existing structure. construction of rear and side extensions, alterations to existing rear facing elevations, reinstatement of original vehicular entry on the Church Bay Road including reinstatement of original stone wall, installation of conservation roof lights to front and rear facing roof elevations, new public sewer and surface water connection, new Irish water connection and all associated site works.
