Project scope

Permission for a Rural Retreat / Activity Centre to include sort-term letting accommodation to comprise of the following: A. Change of use of existing dwelling house from year-round usage occupation to short-term letting usage, including communal use of the kitchen to serve the retreat / activity centre, b. Demolition of 2 number farm buildings. c. Change of use of one number existing farm building from agricultural usage to communal toilet and laundry usage d. Reconstruction and change of use of one number existing farm building from agricultural usage to general purpose room and construction of single storey extension to said building to provide kitchenette and accessible wc to serve the general-purpose room e. Construction of 2 number structures providing 4 number single storey accommodation units for short-term letting f. Construction of wastewater treatment system and all associated site works
