(a) The retention for the change of use of Unit 15 at ground floor level from gymnasium to a retail unit. (b) Change of use of Unit 16 at ground floor level from gymnasium use to retail use, together with all associated internal modifications. (c) Relocation of existing public toilet facilities & security room from the first floor level to the ground floor level within Units 15 and 16. (d)   Change of use of the existing public toilets & security room to office use, to be incorporated into existing Unit 19.  (e) All associated site development and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
