Project scope

Permission for a) Change of use of former Drinagh Co-op Piggery to Agri-Tourism accommodation to include 2no. self-catering apartments for short-term letting with attached horticultural/woodcraft workshop, b) removal of storage sheds, c) construct new horticultural/ woodcraft workshop with veranda, bike/kayak store and landscaped gardens, d) single storey extension to west elevation of main building, e) raising of existing roof over main building, f) fenestration changes to main building, g) alterations to public roadside boundaries to include new lay-by, h) installation of waste water treatment system and i) associated site works
