alterations and an extension to the Primary Care Centre permitted by Cork County Council Planning Register No. 24/04318 which is under construction and all ancillary site development works. The development will consist of the construction of a part one to two storey extension to the north-west of the permitted Primary Care Centre to accommodate a new National Ambulance Service Training Centre. The proposed extension will provide educational and training rooms, staff welfare areas, storage areas, office space and conference rooms. The proposed development will also include alterations to the permitted Primary Care Centre consisting of the reconfiguration of ground floor level to provide for revised labs, consultation rooms and staff welfare facilities in addition to all associated elevational changes necessary to facilitate the proposed extension. Ancillary site development works include the reconfiguration and extension of the permitted car park and revised boundary and landscaping treatments, covered bicycle parking, covered ambulance parking bays, external plant and waste storage enclosures and elevational signage. Access to the proposed development will be provided via internal access roads at Youghal Business Park permitted by Cork County Council Planning Register No. 24/04318.
