The construction of a temporary 360-space carpark, together with a construction storage area, associated egress/ pedestrian access points, lighting and fencing. The carpark will operate for a period of between two and five years. The proposed development is covered by an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence No. P0009-05. As the proposed development refers to modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the third schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.
