The development will consist of a mixed-use, café, residential and gaming/amusement arcade development and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the change of use of an existing shop to a café and the change of use, amalgamation and reconfiguration of part of an existing residential unit and storage shed to a gaming/amusement arcade at ground floor level. The proposed development also provides for a single storey extension to the rear of the building which will form part of the gaming/amusement arcade use. The proposed development provides for the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing upper floors which are in residential use to form a single 5 bedroom apartment unit. Ancillary development works include elevational upgrades/amendments to the building, the provision of fascia signage from Distillery Lanes and bin storage facilities. Access to the proposed café and an existing apartment at upper floors will be provided from Main Street while access to the proposed gaming/amusement arcade will be provided from Distillery Lanes to the rear.
