Permission for the following works at Curraglass National School :- 1) Removal of existing external lean-to open canopy attached to school building; 2) Construction of new single storey extension to existing school building to include 1 no. new mainstream classroom, 1 no. new universal toilet, ancillary accommodation and new circulation areas; 3) Minor alterations to existing elevations and floor plans of existing school building to facilitate proposed works, including the installation of new rooflights to existing roof, construction of 1 no. new window and installation of new external lean-to open canopy; 4) Removal and decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new wastewater treatment system and associated infiltration area; 5) Extension of the existing outdoor hard standing play areas; 6) Installation of new soakaway; 7) Decommissioning of existing oil tank and associated pipework, and installation of new enclosed (1.8m high fencing) LPG tank to serve the school and associated pipework; 8) Removal of existing external metal shelter and relocation on site of 1 no. existing storage shed; 9) All associated ancillary development works.
