Permission for: 1) the raising of existing perimeter site walls to the existing pier, 2) the fitting of a perimeter railing with access gates to the newly raised walls, 3) the placement of two number storage containers on site for use in association with the construction of the pier walls for the storage of building tools, building equipment, and building materials necessary for the restoration and construction works of the pier walls and all associated site works, all at the existing pier.
