Permission for the construction of 96 no. residential units, a two storey creche facility and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development provides for the construction of 76 no. dwelling houses comprising 8 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached units (which have an option for an alternative house type design), 52 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached/townhouse units and 16 no. 2 bedroom townhouse units. Other ancillary site development works include the provision of bicycle and bin storage facilities serving the proposed creche facility and apartment buildings.
