Permission for raising ground levels with inert soil and stone to improve the agricultural potential of the field. It is proposed to import and recover inert soil and stone under a waste facility permit and/ or as a by-product under Article 27. It will include construction of temporary haul roads, installation of surface water management measures, site signage, wheel wash for the duration of the works, and all ancillary site works.
