to carry out the following development: construction of a footpath along the L2004 at Rahona East from Clare County Council Estate to Amigos Holiday Park, Carrigaholt. For the construction of roadside alterations, fencing, drainage, passing bays, kerbs, public lighting and 1.8m wide footpath along the south side of the L2004 including accommodation works at existing entrances. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development, and an EIA is not required
