for the following (A) To renovate and refurbish the existing dwelling to include removal of the front porch, removal of the attached cowshed, removal of the existing roof structure and construct a new roof structure. (B) To construct extensions and alterations to the existing dwelling suitable for use as a family dwelling. (C) Discontinuation of the existing sub-standard foul treatment system and construction of a new wastewater treatment system and a soil polishing filter to serve the proposed extended dwelling. (D) All associated and ancillary site works to include a new vehicular entrance, connection to the existing public watermains and to retain and protect the existing stone boundary walls
