for The refurbishment and alteration of the existing coach house to include a) removal of roof to existing rear extension and reconfigure extension area to provide for bedroom accommodation, utility area, private courtyard garden and new staircase to first floor level; b) Internal alterations and reconfiguration of existing layout to main coach house; c) External alterations including replacement of windows and doors, replacement of existing cement render with breathable lime render, removal and replacement of roof finishes, installation of rooflights and solar panels, and provision of new aluminium gutters, downpipes, fascia and soffits; d) Provision of new patio area; e) Demolition of existing boiler house and oil tank; and f) all associated site ancillary works required to facilitate the above proposed development
