Project scope

for the following works (A) Replacing of an existing flat roof on a porch to the front, and a flat roofed area to the west side of the existing dwelling, with pitched roofs, and (B) The use of the attic area created within the new roof to the side of the dwelling as first floor living accommodation, and for permission to replace an existing flat roof over a living room to the east side of the dwelling with a pitched roof, make changes to the elevations of the living room area, and use the attic area created within the new roof as first floor living accommodation, all with associated site works
