Project scope

for 1. RETENTION of the existing dwelling; 2. construction of a three-bedroom kitchen/diner extension; 3. provision of a new private well; 4. partial removal of the existing hedge to provide unobstructed sightlines, with the boundary set back 3m from the road frontage behind a timber post-and-rail fence and grass verge, together with a new private site entrance, driveway; and 5. installation of a new effluent treatment system with soil polishing filter, including all associated landscaping and site development works.
