Project scope

for development at this site: (c. 1.635 hectares) located to the north of Oakwood Lane, Townparks, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan. The development will consist of the following: the construction of 34 residential units comprising 21 no. 2-bedroom dwellings, 12 no. 3–bedroom dwellings and 1 no. 4-bedroom dwelling with associated private open space, landscaping, car parking and vehicular entrance off Oakwood Lane. The development will cater for connections to infrastructure and will include boundary treatments, public lighting and all ancillary development works
