The development consists of the proposed erection of 4 no. holiday chalets, consisting of 2 no. 2 person occupancy chalets, 1 no. 4 person and 1 no. 6 person occupancy chalets serviced by an incorporated, established access point and route of a proposed improved permeable gravel surface as leads to a parking area for 6 no. cars, integrated covered cycle parking (14 no.) and refuse storage; a proposed wastewater treatment system (14 p.e. biocycle plant) and associated polishing filter percolation area with all associated above and below ground ancillary works and landscaping scheme. The planning application is accompanied with a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)
