Project scope

for the proposed development of 4 no. holiday chalets and change of use for tourism accommodation on a 1.01 hectare site at Drumard, Lough Carratraw, Co. Cavan. The development consists of the proposed erection of 4 no. holiday chalets, consisting of 2 no. 2 person occupancy chalets, 2 no. 4 person occupancy chalets serviced by an incorporated established access point and route of a proposed improved permeable gravel surface as leads to a parking area for 6 no. cars, integrated covered cycle parking (12 no.) and refuse storage; a proposed wastewater treatment system (14 p.e. biocycle plant) and associated polishing filter percolation area with all associated above and below ground ancillary works and landscaping scheme. . The planning application is accompanied with a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)
