to construct a single storey detached family member accommodation unit to existing dwelling house, together with shared access and services with the existing dwelling. Planning permission is also sought to upgrade the existing septic tank to a new combined proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, and all associated site development works. The proposed family unit is intended for occupation by an immediate family member and will remain in use as part of the existing single dwelling unit
