Project scope

to make the following modifications to a recently permitted development to construct a new single storey dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, install new mechanical wastewater treatment system & percolation area, entrance and ancillary site services and development works (Planning Reg. No. 25/60013) The development will consist of (1) To re-orientate the dwelling house plans & domestic garage plans, and make some minor alterations to elevations & floor plan layouts, (2) To make alterations to the site layout including location of dwelling house and domestic garage
