a) internal alterations and changes of use within an existing, permitted supermarket building to provide for off-licence (alcohol) sales, including the retention of areas of shop floor for off-licence use and the retention of former store areas for shop floor use, together with all associated internal reconfiguration and ancillary works, b) advertisement sign, c) laundry machines, d)smoking area and covered generator, e) bottle recycling facility, f) alterations to previously granted carparking spaces, all with associated works
