Existing outhouse building to rear laneway to be renovated and altered as follows: Existing 2no. studio apartments to ground floor/1no. studio to first floor are to renovated and altered with an additional 2no. 1 bedroom and 1no. studio apartments constructed to rear and all associated site works at St Anthonys (protected structure CT11 NIAH 10000244 ),Pembroke Road, Carlow town.
