Project scope

the retention of: a rock splitter and associated ancillary canopy covering an area of c. 120.1sqm with a maximum height of c. 7.2m and associated single storey cabin/site office measuring c. 4.7sqm in area; aggregate washing plant with a maximum height of c. 10.7m; welding shed measuring c. 190.2sqm in area with a maximum height of c. 8.4m; and Electricity Supply Board substation measuring c. 13.5sqm in area with a maximum height of c. 3.2m. Retention is also sought for all associated ancillary site development works, including site levelling, lighting, cabling and ducting
