a period of 5 years for the continuance of use of the existing Protected Structure (RPS Ref. CT46; NIAH Ref. 10000768), formerly St. Brigid’s Nursing Home, comprising 50 no. bedrooms across lower ground, ground, first and second floors, for the purpose of providing emergency residential accommodation for Internationally Protected Persons (IPP), together with the continued use of all existing internal communal areas, sanitary facilities, circulation spaces and ancillary service rooms, with no external works or physical alterations proposed to the Protected Structure, and all associated site works and services
