Project scope

The development consists of; 1. Change of use of existing 2 storey building of 237m2 from retail to 8no. bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen, lounge and office facilities to the front, along with existing tented beer garden of 164m2 to the rear of 10 Centaur Street (Eircode R93VK22), 3. Reconstruction and change of use of existing 2 storey dwelling of 51m2 with 1no. bedrooms to the front, along with single storey extension to the rear of 60m2 consisting of 3no. single storey bedrooms with en-suites to the rear of 9 Centaur Street (Eircode R93W894).
